Summer fun:

Take this opportunity to look at the intake and exhaust vents for your furnace, hot water tank, and dryer vents. Clean out any trapped lint or leaves that might congest the pipes. Replace any cracked caulking to help seal the holes drilled for these pipes to minimize heat loss or air flow. These steps will ensure smooth operation for the coming fall.
