We are pleased to manage Rosehurst, located at 315 Bay Street, Gravenhurst.

This lovely property was originally built by Charles Mickle and his wife Emma in 1884. The Mickel family was an integral part of the early development of Gravenhurst and the lumber industry in the surrounding areas. After 50 years as a family home, the property was converted to Garner Lodge providing B&B style shelter to travellers for many decades. After a brief stint as a real estate office in the early 2000s it fell into disrepair.

In 2015 this stately home was reborn once again as Rosehurst, and was converted to a 9 plex of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. It is now a vibrant part of Gravehurst once again.

Rosehurst offers modern living in a graceful and elegant setting. The location is ultra convenient because it is in the centre of Gravenhurst, on the corner of Bay and Mary. Anyone lucky enough to live there will be proud to say they live at Rosehurst.
